These base pads work with the factory Springfield Prodigy 17 round magazine & spring. Our base pads are designed with our “Function First” theory in mind. These base pads will help prevent OVER INSERTION of your Staccato 17rd/126mm magazine. We have precisely machined these for fitment to help prevent magazine/bullet contact with your ejector and possibly damaging it (Over Insertion). The added weight combined with serrated grab points on each side of the mag bases and our reverse radius “lip” around the bottom all provide a superior surface & edge. Giving you a better purchase thus making standard and one handed loading & reloading easier and faster. These especially aid in clearing a double feed where there is pressure on the magazine while trying to remove it. The reverse radius lip around the bottom lets you hook it on an empty holster, pocket, etc. for one handed extraction. While highly functional they still give you that instant custom look and feel.
Our Base Pads & Extensions are made of 6061 Aluminum and are Type III Hardcoat Anodized providing a long lasting durable finish.
Continuous Precision 17rd/126mm base pads will work on Springfield Prodigy 17 Round / 126mm factory magazines.
